Digital Marketing Account Manager
OHM is an innovative performance marketing agency. We help businesses to grow. As an agency, we have more than 8 years of experience delivering successful digital growth strategies for our clients. We primarily focus on digital advertising solutions, technology, and data analytics. We develop online ad services and tools for B2B and B2C.
For this position we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of customer service and technology. You should be methodical and have excellent management skills. As an account manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with client and internal teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver client's project digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency in account/project management, strategy, or performance positions
Knowledge of Google Analytics and mobile trackers (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Hands on experience with online ad campaigns support (Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
Team management experience
Solid understanding of digital marketing
Knowledge of online advertising channels (platforms, formats, technical requirements)
Understanding of buying models in digital marketing
Understanding of mobile apps and app user behaviour analytics
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to segment, evaluate and prioritize client requests
Excellent time/project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
Solid analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Capable of working concurrently on several projects
Strong English spoken and written skills (B2/C1)

End-to-end clients support and project management
Daily communication with clients
Client lifecycle management
Development of detailed project plan and progress monitoring
Active management of client support across teams (performance, development, analytics, production): coordinate, structure and manage work with teams to optimize project workflow and resolve client tasks and pain points
Coordination and task management: processing, consolidation, formalization and distribution of tasks within the project team
Communication with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Media planning, budgeting, KPI, strategy negotiation, coordination and monitoring;
Regular client project reviews and reporting
Evaluation and presentation of the results during client meetings (external and internal)
The core position hours are Monday through Friday 10AM until 19PM (CET) in order to accommodate our client's schedules.
Negotiable, based on experience and performance.
